Head of Marketing
Full-time • Remote (Europe)
We're seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our international growth strategy and drive customer acquisition across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for international expansion
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, and paid advertising
- Manage B2B2C marketing initiatives targeting event professionals and venues
- Build and optimize customer acquisition funnels
- Collaborate with product team on go-to-market strategies
- Analyze marketing performance and ROI to optimize campaigns
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B2C or events industry
- Proven track record scaling early-stage startups internationally
- Strong background in digital marketing and social media strategy
- Experience with campaign management tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Data-driven approach to growth and customer acquisition
- Startup mindset with ability to wear multiple hats
- Excellent communication skills in English
